What is a project/business?
A project typically represents a company or brand and comes with its distinct branding and web address, such as quicklead.roadm.co Each project includes multiple feedback boards while maintaining a single roadmap and changelog page. If you have different brands and products catering to separate audiences, it's advisable to create multiple projects. However, if you have multiple products under the same company or brand with significant overlap in usage, it's more suitable to utilize boards within the same project.
How can users add their ideas im my project?
Users have the option to submit their ideas right from the boards by utilizing the idea form located on the left side of the screen.
What are the plans and payment options ?
You can manage payments on roadm.co directly within your project by navigating to the Billing page at /project-settings/billing.
Currently, we offer only a "Premium Plan" available on both a monthly and yearly basis.
If you're already subscribed to a plan, payments will be automatically processed each month through Stripe.
Can I cancel plan at anytime?
Certainly, we offer flexibility with no lock-in contracts. you have the freedom to cancel at any time, and your project will be swiftly removed from the plan after your current paid subscription period concludes.
What are team members ?
For more extensive projects, broadening your team's participation can be highly advantageous. In roadm.co, there are two primary roles:
Owner :
The person who initiated the roadm.co project assumes the Owner role, affording them complete authority over the project.
Admin :
Individuals added to the team by the Owner in roadm.co take on the role of Admins. Admins wield nearly identical capabilities as the Owner, except when it comes to managing the Team
